My path as an energy healer, shamanic practitioner, and intuitive counselor has been one of deep remembering — a gradual unfolding of trust, Spirit, and surrender. Each step has invited me to reconnect with the ancient knowing that lives within all of us: that healing is not something we seek outside ourselves, but something we awaken within.

I’ve spent over twenty years as a licensed professional counselor, walking beside people through healing, growth, and transformation. Over time, I came to see that the most profound healing happens when we bring together the grounded clarity of therapeutic work with the soul-level insight of intuitive and shamanic practices.
